I grew up working in the fields, doing hours of manual labor, and experiencing firsthand the incredible resources this country provided for me and my family. These were the pivotal memories from my childhood that inspired me to join the United States Marine Corps, and serve my country as my way of paying it back for the opportunities that changed my life.

While we all have the capacity for greatness, I believe success in all areas of life begins with quality leadership.

Whether we’re trying to foster innovation, cultivate a positive work environment, or build resilient teams, a lot of the problems in modern society, business, and law enforcement can be mitigated with better leadership skills and effective communication.

As a senior enlisted leader and a Adjunct Faculty Instructor with Davis Defense Group, my mission is to create opportunities for the next generation of leaders to develop their skills, so they can bring about meaningful and lasting change in organizations.

It’s time for us to do better than the “status quo,” and build the kind of environments where trust, support, and genuine concern for our fellow humans can be the new standard of growth and purpose-driven success.
