I grew up working in the fields, doing hours of manual labor, and experiencing firsthand the incredible resources this country provided for me and my family. These were the pivotal memories from my childhood that inspired me to join the United States Marine Corps, and serve my country as my way of paying it back for the opportunities that changed my life.

While we all have the capacity for greatness, I believe success in all areas of life begins with quality leadership.

Whether we’re trying to foster innovation, cultivate a positive work environment, or build resilient teams, a lot of the problems in modern society, business, and law enforcement can be mitigated with better leadership skills and effective communication.
